Applications

Bus panel components

Pultruded bus side panels run the full length of the passenger compartment. These pultruded and profiled components provide thermal insulation for the seating area as well as an enhanced appearance and durability. The use of one-piece panels allows part consolidation, resulting in a 30% weight reduction.

Modular display / Light retainer panel

Modular display duct panels used on buses, trains, and other means of transportation, intended mainly for air circulation and to house lighting systems, provide a simple and economical way of displaying advertisements. In addition to excellent insulating properties, our panels are flame retardant, impact resistant and non-conductive.

Luggage racks

Our overhead racks can resist the typically extensive handling of luggage and packages as well as sharp and/or abrasive edges of hard objects.

Automotive structural components

Pultrall manufactures structural components for trucks and buses. Pultruded parts can outperform their metal counterparts in terms of stress and torque. With even more advantages such as lightness and resistance to corrosion, pultrulled structural components are logical substitutes to metal components.
