Pultrusion
Manufacturing
Process
Pultrusion products are fiberglass reinforced
shapes formed in a continuous process which produces an
end product with extraordinary strength properties. The
base reinforcement material is pulled through a resin bath
and then through a heated die, giving the part a final shape
that meets client specifications. The pultrusion process
allows a wide variety of shapes and lengths. Variations
of proprieties such as strength and color can be obtained
by changing the combination of resin mixture and reinforcement
materials.
